Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Large place, perfect for good sized group, good pool and entertainment area. Amazing waterfront views in good location

Negative: House was very poorly maintained, outside was very overgrown and property care/maintenance was poor. Fixtures, furniture and appliance quality very poor. Next to no cooking utensils provided. Overflowing skip bin and rubbish piled up out the front that stunk very bad. Felt like staying in an abandoned mansion more so than a magnificent mansion.

Summary: Had so much potential, very poor property maintenance for the price of the stay.
