The stunning beaches of Cala Granadella cove Ambolo de Javea, Cala Portichol are also within a few minutes. Some restaurants and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity of the house. Equipped for easy entry with a Roman staircase, private pool has adjacent to a spacious sun terrace, where garden furniture sun loungers and umbrellas invite a size of 10 x 5 meters, to relax. Also a barbecue grill and an outdoor shower are available. The villa has a cozy living room with TV (cable TV), two bedrooms, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen in typical furnished for Balcon al mar style.
