Summary: My stay at 18 Suite loft by Amithya commenced impressively, with an initial accommodation in a one-bedroom villa featuring a private pool. The hotel's location is advantageous, being in close proximity to the airport. The staff demonstrated exceptional helpfulness and facilitated birthday decorations upon arrival, which proved to be a lovely gesture. However, I reported an incident to the front desk involving the presence of a rat in my room. Consequently, I was relocated to a different room in the middle of the night. The front desk offered complimentary airport transportation as a gesture of goodwill due to the inconvenience and rodent issue. Despite this, I opted to pay for driver services to transport me to the airport and settled all outstanding balances upon checkout. The front desk subsequently informed me that they were unable to locate the rat. I strongly advise exercising caution when booking, as the property appears to have a rodent infestation.
