Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Location was lovely, on the water front and reasonably close to New Plymouth.

Negative: Some comfortable indoor seating and a wee table for tea and coffee closer to the windows facing out to the water view would have been appreciated as this is a key aspect of the property. The gate providing access to the water front from the property is broken and not useable as it is.

Summary: Had a lovely time at the garden festival, slept well and enjoyed the view. Thank you.
