Summary: The staff on arrival and the check-in was very professional and friendly. The room was as usual clean and comfortable. The main restaurant breakfast buffet was first class and the dinner was also very good. The dinner menu needs more options. I had ordered and received four cappuccinos and ALL were not even warm and had zero froth and was told by the staff that this is how it is served in Rome! Extremely disappointing and far from the truth based on other restaurants.
