Positive: Great location to enjoy the river but far from downtown. Good apartment ( private apartment).

Negative: Apartment was dirty ( this room is a private room - hotel staff only assists providing key). Lamps were not working - only one in the whole room. I informed the owner and these will hopefully be fixed. Apart from that, it's a great apartment at a great location.
