This tower allows short-term rentals, requiring a thirty-day minimum for rentals, and includes a two-story, forty thousand square foot gym overlooking the ocean, expansive men’s and women’s spas and much more. It even includes an outdoor restaurant.
The space
All rooms have TV. Cable, electricity and internet included.
Second bedroom is a converted den with door, it has 2 single beds, full bathroom and closet but no window.
All utilities included. One (1) assigned and covered parking space. Additional charge for the use of Valet.
You will need to apply at Master Association in order to have access to it.You also have to apply at Tower's Association (I will provide documents, process is simple and includes your background check and picture I.D.'s in order to have access to all amenities.) Additional charges apply.
