Very spacious, nice and beautiful house less than 50 m from the beach of Cala Santanyi.
It has a large living room, well equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, one of them en suite, two bathrooms and two terraces. Parking all year except July and August.

The beach of Cala Santanyí with fine sand is ideal for children. During the summer there is a surveillance service during peak hours. It is a pleasure to swim and dive in this cove where there is a cave and a recess in the rocks where a stream of very cold fresh water comes out. You will be able to observe a great variety of fish.
From the house, you can make very interesting and relaxing walks .. Among others we have 'Es Pontàs' 10 minutes away. The 'Pontàs' is a natural monument of the most visited of Mallorca, where you can swim between rocks on good weather days.
Also walking you can visit 'Sa Torre Nova', watchtower that Muslims built in ancient times when they dominated the island.
Also, you can visit Cala Figuera, a very picturesque fishing port, (ten minutes by car or an hour walking), where you can dine, eat and walk from Calita to Calita through wonderful landscapes,
Ten minutes by car you can go to Cala Mondragó, (natural park); Cala S'Almonia and Caló d'es Moro (beautiful virgin coves), Cala Llombards.
In Santanyí, a town that is 3 km away, they have one of the most visited markets on the island (clothing, handicrafts, plants, food ...) every Wednesday and Saturday, as well as many restaurants, shops, bars, art galleries, Live music, category stores.
