Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Fantastic location with a gorgeous Ocean view. Direct access from the property to the ocean. One can get into the boat right from the property. Nice cactus plants on he property.

Negative: Very little space in the room. No table or chairs. Though there is air conditioning, the room gets unbearably hot in the afternoon. Maybe a black film on the upper A frame of the ocean facing side would solve this to some extent (without spoiling the view). A 'Do not disturb' should be provided in each room.

Summary: A great location, ocean access but limited facilities.
