Welcome to this wonderful townhouse for 4 guests in Santa Margalida, with terrace and just 9 km from the beach of es Capellans.
The back terrace of this beautiful townhouse is the ideal private corner where you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning before heading to the beach, or a delicious meal alfresco when you come back, maybe admiring the starry sky. Climbing the stairs from here you get to the top sun deck, where you can admire the town and mountain views. You'll find two sunloungers here in case you want to bask in the sun.
Inside, you hace a cosy living room with wickerwork sofa and armchairs where you can sit and chat with your loved ones or watch the TV (Smart TV and TV-sat). Next you find the dining room, with AC. You can cook your best dishes on the gas cooktop or in the electric oven of the renewed kitchen. Right here, apart form all you need to cook, you have the washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 2 bedrooms with a closet each. One has a double bed and a balcony and the other has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bath. It's also accessible from the back terrace. A baby cot and a high chair are available.
Santa Margalida is a beautiful village with all needed services for an independent stay like bars, supermarkets, etc and very near the sea. The next beach is the one of es Capellans, about 9 km away. In addition, if you like playing golf, the course of Alcanada (one of the best in the island) is only 22 km away.
