Welcome to my lovely flat of 20 square meters located in the 3rd district of Paris. It is located on the 6th floor (no elevator) and can accommodate up to 2 people. It is ideally located close to shops, bars and restaurants of all kinds. It is located in a dynamic and lively area close to the place de la REPUBLIQUE. The accommodation is fully equipped and will perfectly suit a tourist or professional stay in Paris. It will be very appreciated for its location in the heart of the "Enfants Rouges" district.
Don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses ;) The apartment has a double bed (real latex mattress), is very bright (South-East exposure) and very quiet (on the courtyard, top floor).
It is my home, not a flat rented all year round for profit: please be respectful of my stuff and my neighbours! Thank you!
