Positive: Near to bus stop and shopping market. All working equipments in kitchen and rest of apartment. Spacious. Clean sheets and pillows

Negative: Very old apartment. Floor makes sound when u walk. Uncomfortable living room. No ventilation in bathroom. Bad drainage. No lift.

Summary: Recommended only if you want to save some money.
