Positive: Very afforable compared with others in the area. Nice location wiht nice view. Very clean. We took the cheapest room as arrived late in the evening and were only few hours of sleep. It was presented as room of 10 meters, but it was larger, confortable. In fact not understood why the rating of the hotel was so low considering from 8 days of vacation spent in Toscana area in the hotels with ration 8,5-9.5 and this one was the best maintained inthe room and common areas, nice furniture, very clean, enough hot in the room. Free parking in their backyard. Vending machine with water, juces.

Negative: Bumpy entrance in the area of the hotel, but not to scare. At 6.00 the main entrance closed and you can enter in a lateral door with a code, I think due to the low period. a little bit strange organised breakfast: if you like sweets for breakfast, in the breakfast area you will be served with coffee and water and each room will receive a big platter full with a lot of packed sweets (croissants, donuts, different biscuits, butter), you cannot finish it. As long as the hotel spend some money for this I woud say could be better organized by offering something salty, like eggs, salami, even not too famcy. But not complaining, you will have a good start of the day and the ladies serving are very nice. Indeed, against 20 euro/person they can organize in advance something more sophisticated. Also I paid the city tax at the hotel, even in the booking was mentioned that it was included: bookkng.com has to update the information or to have better alignement with the hotel.
