The Chalet d'à Côté is located in a charming Swiss resort (Les Crosets), ideally located in the heart of one of the largest ski areas in the world, that of the Portes du Soleil (Avoriaz, Chatel, etc.).
Located 3 minutes by car from the station (and the ski school), the chalet also offers the possibility of leaving and returning on skis when conditions allow (roadside fitted for skiers and piste to return in the chalet).
Facing due south, the chalet benefits from optimal light all day. The terrace, facing due west, is ideal for relaxing in the sun for après-ski.
In summer, many possibilities for walks start from the chalet; which allows you to spend a week of vacation by limiting the use of the car.
With a capacity of 10 people, the chalet is ideally constituted to allow 2 families to spend holidays together while benefiting each from their personal space. The chalet consists of 3 floors, distributed as follows:
- the ground floor consists of 2 bedrooms: a bedroom with a view of the Dents du Midi comprising a 180x200 double bed, communicating with a bathroom / shower; a second bedroom with 2 single beds of 90 x 200 and a cot, communicating with a shower room; a ski room (with lockers to store your belongings and coat racks); a cellar (cold room where fruits and vegetables can be stored) and a large freezer; a separate toilet. This floor gives direct access to the large outdoor terrace on which you can, in summer, have deckchairs to rest.
- the 1st floor is composed of a fully equipped American kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, bread cutting machine, nespresso, thermomix, fondue pots, raclette set, etc.); a dining room for 12 people; a living room with an open fire (a log chest is at your disposal), equipped with a TV and a Sonos cabinet, as well as comics; a large wardrobe overflowing with board games to the delight of young and old; a toilet and a laundry area with washing machine and dryer;
- the second floor is made up of a large bedroom with a 180 x 200 double bed, a "dormitory" bedroom with 4 90 x 200 beds (2 x 2 bunk beds) and a cot, as well as a bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed and a sink; a bathroom / shower; a separate toilet.
The chalet is perfectly equipped to receive small children (2 baby cots, 2 high chairs, cutlery and plastic plates, changing mat, games, etc.).
