Chianti couples a symmetry in design with soft light green and gray hues which contributes to a calming atmosphere. The 110 square meter apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and 2 balconies. There are dark hardwood floors throughout the brightly illuminated space.
Upon walking in, find an open plan kitchen finished with gray blue vinyls and fully equipped with all cooking utensils and appliances. A small laundry room is next to the kitchen. The large kitchen island doubles as a bar and looks upon the spacious living room. The dining area, fitted with a large table, is decorated with custom made wooden beams doubling as lamps on the wall. The lounge area has a comfortable couch facing the Smart TV. At the other end of the apartment, find two large bedrooms fitted with queen-sized beds and ample storage space.
