Wonderful townhouse located within the Medieval walls of the lovely town of Alcudia, in northern Mallorca. The house has capacity for 4 people.
This beautiful and renewed house in Alcudia comprises three floors that perfectly combine modernity and tradition. It offers two cosy and sunny terraces where our guests will be able to enjoy the good weather in the island. The first of the terraces is on the first floor and is furnished with a table with chairs where you can taste a succulent barbecue in the evening. But sure, the terrace on the second floor will delight our guests since it features a solarium area with 4 sun loungers to bask in the sun, an exterior shower to cool down from time to time, and a bar where you can prepare great cocktails in the best company of your loved ones.The house emanates a strong Mallorcan character that can be seen in the wooden beams and stone walls but the renewed and restored furniture together with the touches of colour here and there inject a young and casual atmosphere to the house. When you enter from the street you find a living room which is a clear example of this joyful style. We have an armchair and a sofa where you can watch the satellite TV while cooling with the AC. Next you find the dining area with room for 6 people that leads to the beautiful and luminous kitchen, behind a small arch. It is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher among others. It exits to a little patio where we find the washing machine, iron and ironing board and where we also have the stairs to the terrace on the first floor. The first of the bathrooms -with a bathtub- is still on the main floor. On the first floor we have the two bedrooms, both with double beds, closet and AC. There is another bathroom on this floor, with a shower in this case. A playroom including table football and dartboard for both adults and children completes the level. In this room we also have the stairs to the terrace on the second floor. Finally we can prepare a baby cot and a high chair.The house is within the Medieval walls of the town of Alcudia, a fantastic village in northern Mallorca that offers never ending activities and services such as restaurants, bars, shops, bakery shops, ice-cream parlours, etc. Within Alcudia you cannot miss the narrow streets and even climb the accesible part of the wall to enjoy the views, specially on Tuesdays and Sundays when its traditional street market takes place. You cannot miss the Roman remains of Pollentia either.
