Set close to the beach, sports fields and playgrounds (all only 2 mins drive away) you can choose to just relax or to explore the Hibiscus Coast and the many local beaches, walks, Cafes and Restaurants on offer. The kid's playhouse with fireman's pole and tramp on the back section will keep the kids busy, there is plenty of secure place for them to play. The main living area flows out onto 2 levels of decks with all day sun and views over Stanmore Bay. The Lower deck has a Basketball hoop setup if you feel like shooting some hoops. The top level comprises 3 bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet, Kitchen, Dining and living room. The lower level contains the laundry, study, bathroom and master bedroom with secondary living / sleeping area. Overall enough room to accommodate 2 families of 4 (8ppl). The Stanmore Bay Leisure Centre is just down the road, it has indoor pools and a kids splash pad. Just across the road from the leisure Centre is a skatepark, sports fields and playgrounds.
