Positive: Fantastic location right by the gondolas and a quick walk into the village. The staff were incredible and super helpful. Nice clean rooms. Gold lounge was nice with good snacks, breakfast and coffee.

Negative: It’s definitely more family oriented than a romantic weekend. We struggled to find a spot by the pool or enjoy the health club facilities. The spa treatments were great but the surrounding experience and facilities not good compared to other quality hotels. For example the spa changing room is just sharing the main health club changing rooms where almost all the lockers were full. I was offered to “relax in the sauna” before my treatment but there were about 10 kids singing Christmas songs (in May?!) in the sauna - super chaotic on a long weekend and not exactly relaxing. Prior to my treatment in the waiting area a man was playing sports out loud on his phone. After the treatment there was no relaxation room offered to extend the experience. We were also asked by someone one day to move to the stools at the bar so their family could sit at our table. If you’re after a low key romantic weekend maybe not the best fit. The gold lounge offered some respite outside of busy times.
